Here’s an overview of the steps to a new home:
- Meet with Precision Builders to begin designing your home and answering the preliminary questions. Do you own land? Are you looking for more space, such as our Commemorative Series? Are you close to retirement and looking for a home that will provide high energy efficiency and low maintenance demands?
- Your consultant will work with you to develop a house plan and budget.
- We will find financing for the project that fits into your overall lifestyle goals.
- Based on your exact needs, we will finalize construction plans, and schedule construction.
- While your home is constructed in our climate-controlled factory, we will develop the site to be ready when the time comes to set the home.
- Once we complete construction and site development, we transport your home to the site, set it on its foundation and make it weathertight.
- The last step is to finish the interior and exterior to your specifications.
